Move over, Blue Ivy. Magenta Fern is occupying your mother’s uterus.
After multiple reports of a bun in the oven, the news is indeed true. Beyoncé Knowles Carter is preggers with her second child.
I’m not feeling it. Cue gasps from everyone who knows me personally.
Good for her, but now all those world concert tours will be cancelled because they want a PERFORMER, not a woman singing and sitting on a chair for three hours. Seriously, why would have you have all those world tour dates, implement new choreography and spend all that money on lights and graphics…and then have it cancelled?

Also, her album will be pushed back- which I am grateful for, because she was rushing to get it all done and it probably would have sucked pretty badly. I love her and her music but I still don’t think she really knows what direction to go in since she fired her father as her manager.
I also hope that this new baby will keep her out of the news for a while. As hard as I stan for Beyoncé, I’m honestly sick of hearing about her.
That’s when you know it’s bad; when someone who has been a fan of hers ever since she was given “The Writings On The Wall” CD when she was in second grade is tired of hearing about her. SuperBowl, Inauguration, H&M spokesperson, Pepsi spokesperson, world tour…Bey. Take a break. PLEASE.
The fact that the news of her pregnancy is “Breaking News” around the world really irks me. She is usually very private and I liked her a lot better when she had a more private social life, but to each his own. She has been everywhere this year and this pregnancy will just give her a chance to sit down, eat some boudin in the parking lot, and lay low for about a year or two.
Congrats either way to Bey and Jay and Blue. I’m not as excited as I was when Blue was in her tummy, but it’s whatever. I’m still a huge fan of hers. I love her exceptional talent, grace, fierceness, and sweet disposition, but in a year or so after she takes a break from the media I will love her even more.
Yes. I just gave tough love to my idol.
